Excellent creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience in creating graphics for various industries or niches is a plus. Knowledge of video editing and animation tools (e.g., After Effects) is a bonus. Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design: Create visually engaging and on-brand graphics for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. Content Creation: Generate eye-catching visuals for social media posts, campaigns, advertisements, and promotions. Brand Consistency: Ensure design elements, typography, and color schemes are consistent across all social media channels to reinforce brand identity. Content Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and schedules, ensuring timely delivery of graphics for planned campaigns. Visual Strategy: Contribute to the development of the visual content strategy, including the creation of mood boards, style guides, and templates. Image Editing: Edit and retouch photos as needed to enhance their quality for social media use. Video Graphics: Design graphics and animations for video content on social media platforms as required. Market Research: Stay updated on design trends, social media trends, and competitor activity to ensure our content remains fresh and competitive. Feedback Integration: Gather and integrate feedback from stakeholders to align designs with the company's marketing objectives. Analytics and Testing: Work with the marketing team to track graphic performance and conduct A/B testing to optimize content for engagement and conversion.
