Requirements Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skillsProven experience as IT Technician or relevant positionExcellent communication abilityOrganizational and time-management skillsIn-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networksA+ and N+ Certification, requiredDriver's License Responsibilities & Duties: Assist with the assessment, development, implementation, and support of hardware and network technology for new and existing locations and other remote locations, including setting up computer systems, projectors, network, and internet access.Assist with the troubleshooting and implementation of software and hardware.Diagnose and provide support on end-user issues, including repairing, servicing, examining, installing, training, and troubleshooting computer hardware, printers, and other peripherals.Provide support to help end users access network resources from work and home.Work with staff to coordinate routine hardware maintenance and upgrades of software.Installation and setup of server operating systems.Understanding of installing and setting up of virtual machines (VM-Hyper V).Installing and setting up of VPN clients.Understanding of firewalls, Mikrotik routers, and managed switches.Installation of Office 365, Pastel, and Endpoint antivirus.Liaise with third-party support and PC equipment vendors' support teams. Skills Required: Problem-solving and analytical/investigative skills.Accuracy and attention to detail – deadline driven.Sound computer literacy and technical knowledge.
