This is a full-time on-site role for a 2nd line IT Support Specialist. The individual will be responsible for technical support, troubleshooting, help desk support for general IT, networking, and Hosted Communications systems, and ensuring their smooth operation.QualificationsTechnical Support, Troubleshooting, and Help Desk Support skillsExperience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software and hosted communication/collaboration systemsKnowledge of IT best practices and help desk proceduresKnowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration is essentialMicrosoft Teams and Teams Phone solutions experience is desirableExperience with Cyber Security and FirewallsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with Mobile Device troubleshooting and managementAbility to work well in a team environmentRelevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL are a plusBachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
