The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure systems, a deep understanding of Microsoft System Center and device management technologies, IT Security, IT service delivery (ITIL), and project handling in large international companies.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related fieldAt least five years equivalent work experience as an IT Infrastructure AnalystExperience working within international teamsAbility to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly languageHighly self motivated and directed, with keen attention to detailProven analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to effectively prioritise tasks in a high-pressure environmentAbility to conduct technical researches and market analysisGood time- and self-managementResponsibilities:Responsibilities include ensuring technology is in line with user expectations, contributing to Group IT projects, providing third-level support, and supporting end users.Ensure that all systems supported by Workplace Services are operational and maintained;Monitor IT solutions within the area of responsibility; Report and troubleshoot problems as required;Apply regular updates and patches, as required;Create documentation, procedures and policies in relation to the areas of responsibility;Establish a good working relationship with peers and other business players;Guide staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or virtually;Create Dashboards and Reports;Check market trends and analyse potential improvements within the area of responsibility.
