Main purpose of the role: Give technical and functional first and second level support to the users, ensuring the resolution of all kinds of IT incidents reported by the users.Essential responsibilities and duties: As an IT Coordinator, your main responsibilities are as follows:Track the consistent performance of the system, ensure its functionality and direct its day-to-day utilization and upkeep.Ensure the ownership of the System by the user. If necessary, coordinate training to users and application of the procedures.Perform server administration, including hardware and software setup, within a Windows and VM environment.Perform and maintain LAN installations on a Cisco managed environment including APs.Support the implementation of both new projects for local applications and infrastructures, and improvements in the existing Information Systems to ensure the right evolution.Ensure the application of Group standards, especially concerning hardware, software, security policies, software licenses control, inventory, etc.Define and apply IT procedures specific to the site.Provide input and support the control of the department budget.Acting with autonomy and accountability, empowered to act within scope of responsibility whilst respecting the Company rules, taking ownership for performance and behaving with transparency.Qualifications and Experience:Minimum three year tertiary qualification with specialization in Information Technology.Minimum of five years experience including user support.Experience in the automotive or manufacturing environment would be beneficial.Ability to prioritize, communicate and negotiate.Must be able to support after-hours and prepared to work shifts if required.Valid driver's license and own reliable transport.Excellent communication skills (English).Excellent people and teamwork skills.Outgoing personality, ability to interact with all levels of employees and management.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesStaffing and Recruiting
