It Change Manager

Requirements A minimum of a B Degree / Advanced Diploma or equivalent qualification A relevant change management certification A minimum of 5 years change management experience A minimum of 5 years' experience in an IT Solutions environment working with highly technical teams (eg. Enterprise Integration, DevSecOps etc.) Experience in managing large scale projects that are strategically aligned within the financial services industry Experience in designing a change management strategy and execution plan Experience in creating training materials and crafting communication materials Experience with facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions Experience in negotiating for desired outcomes Responsibilities Develop and execute change management plans, including training, communication, and resistance management. Collaborate with project teams to assess impacts, address barriers, and engage stakeholders for buy-in. Facilitate readiness assessments, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation reviews. Manage change activities aligned with project timelines and budgets. Promote a culture of resilience and embed sustainable change within the organization.
