If you're eager to make a significant impact and advance your career, this is for you!Responsibilities:Source candidates daily through headhunting and screening according to project/recruitment briefs.Schedule and conduct screening interviews with shortlisted candidates.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles.Arrange and conduct assessments as needed.Prepare candidates for client interviews with comprehensive briefings on company details, job descriptions, and expectations.Provide detailed feedback to candidates post-interview.Manage candidate engagement during the sourcing process and throughout the project/placement period.Oversee IT resources on client sites for project durations and ensure smooth transitions for candidates into new projects.Deliver high-quality service by adhering to client and organisational expectations.Develop and maintain a network to attract and retain qualified candidates.Craft and implement marketing strategies to identify and source top talent.Maintain up-to-date records in the ATS system with comprehensive candidate information.Ensure the quality and accuracy of submitted CVs.Vet invoices sent to clients, ensuring compliance and accuracy.Prepare and submit all required reports within specified timelines.Demonstrate proactivity to ensure we continuously exceed our client's expectations.Work effectively as part of a team.Requirements:MatricRelevant DegreeMinimum of 2 years of experience in sourcing IT talent.Strong experience in stakeholder engagement.Effective sourcing exposure is essential.International tech recruitment exposure will be an advantage.Solid understanding of everything tech.Strong ability in mapping out senior tech talent across global markets.Above all, a passion and curiosity for everything tech.Why join Afrizan?Work in a company that values innovation and is always looking for new ways to improve and grow.Join a supportive team that values collaboration and mutual success.Seize opportunities for professional development and career advancement within Afrizan.Make a significant impact by helping to shape the future of our clients and candidates.
