You will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, ensuring compliance, and handling all industrial relations matters. Represent the company at the CCMA and Labour Court. You will need to be a SA Labour Law specialist.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementServe as the main HR point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.Identify opportunities to upsell services, ensuring clients maximize the value of our solutions.Collaborate with recruiters, providing insights on client hiring needs and preferences.Employee Lifecycle ManagementOnboarding: Prepare and distribute onboarding documentation, coordinate IT equipment for new hires.Offboarding: Manage employee exits, including offboarding emails and IT equipment return.General Client Requests: Handle employment contract changes (salary adjustments, working hours).HR Compliance and GuidanceProvide guidance on employee relations, HR compliance, and best practices.Manage employees through probation, disciplinary processes, and offboarding.Represent clients in CCMA and Labour Court proceedings when necessary.Industrial Relations (IR) ManagementLabor Law Compliance: Ensure adherence to BCEA, LRA, EEA, and OHSA regulations. Also advise the HR team on complex labour issues.Conflict Resolution: Mediate disputes between employees and management to maintain a harmonious workplace.Disciplinary Procedures: Oversee disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with policies and laws. CCMA and Labour Court Represnentation.Grievance Handling: Address employee grievances promptly, investigate thoroughly, and implement solutions.Policy Development and ImplementationDevelop and update workplace policies to align with legal standards and best practices.Ensure effective communication and implementation of policies.Training and EducationConduct training sessions for managers and employees on labor laws, workplace policies, conflict resolution, and effective communication.Documentation and ReportingMaintain accurate records of disciplinary actions, grievances, union negotiations, and other IR-related activities.Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for clients.Advisory RoleAdvise management on labor-related issues, offering guidance on best practices and risk mitigation.Workplace InvestigationsInvestigate allegations of misconduct, harassment, and other workplace issues.Compile comprehensive investigation reports with recommended actions.BBBEE ComplianceAssist in maintaining BBBEE compliance and preparing scorecards.Do all submissions and planning.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labour Law, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of HR experience, preferably in EOR, Recruitment, or Labour Broking environments.Strong knowledge of South African labor laws and regulations.Proficiency in HR systems and documentation processes.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
