Internal Sales / Product Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and resolving inquiries. Process orders accurately and coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet delivery deadlines. Maintain and update product catalogues and system information to ensure accuracy. Monitor inventory levels and handle procurement of materials as needed. Oversee logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products. Prepare sales documentation, manage quotations, and track sales metrics. Requirements: Proven experience in internal sales or sales support, ideally within manufacturing or mining equipment. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
