Summary of the role:
Managing and coordinating communication efforts within the personal segment.
Managing the dissemination of marketing campaigns into the internal system before external launch in an engaging and exciting way.
Support for CVP, product, sales messaging.
Marketing function comms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. CEO Office Communications and Events:
Manage and coordinate all internal communications related to the CEO's office, including emails, memos, announcements, and newsletters.
Assist in preparing speeches, presentations, and other communication materials for the CEO.
Organize and oversee internal events, town halls, and meetings involving the CEO, ensuring effective communication and engagement with staff.
2. Internal Staff Engagement Campaigns:
Develop and implement internal staff engagement campaigns to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Create engaging content, such as newsletters, intranet articles, and videos, to promote internal initiatives, achievements, and employee recognition.
Collaborate with various departments to gather information and ensure consistent messaging and branding in all internal communications.
3. Socializing Marketing Campaigns into the Internal System:
Work closely with the marketing team to understand upcoming marketing campaigns and their objectives.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to gather necessary information and assets for internal communication purposes.
Strategically plan and execute the dissemination of marketing campaign information within the internal system, ensuring employees are well-informed before external launch.
Personal Segment Marketing Team Communication
Head of Marketing comms plans.
Monthly marketing round up.
Quarterly Marketing newsletter.
CVP/ Product/ Service messaging inputs
Craft compelling and persuasive benefit messaging that effectively communicates the value of the product to customers.
Help translate technical features into customer-centric language, highlighting the specific benefits and outcomes with a customer-centric lens.
Provide valuable feedback and suggestions for improvement; review and refine the messaging to ensure it effectively communicates the product's value proposition and resonates with the intended audience.
Develop key messages and selling points for structured guided sales conversations that address specific challenges and position products/services as solutions (working closely with the channel enablement team).
