Our leading client in the Auditing Sector is looking to employ an Internal Audit Manager to join their dynamic team in Pietermaritzburg. Job Description:Must have strong internal audit experience and skillsDevelop and maintain sound client relationshipsBuild long-term relationships with new and existing clientsPromote the Firms products/services addressing or predicting clients objectivesManaging of assigned client portfolios from beginning to endPlanning, executing and reporting on assignments in accordance with required quality controlstandard; office policies and management guidelines, and within allocated timelines andbudgetsProject ManagementStaff planningManage and lead teamsReview the work of subordinatesFinalisation of working papers and relevant reports for Directors reviewAssist in preparation of client proposalsMust have experience in assessing staff performance and staff developmentJob Requirements:CA (SA)/CIA or equivalentSAICA articles completed at a South African auditing practiceAt least 5 years' experience at a management levelMust have strong experience in Public Sector across all spheres of government (national,provincial and local)In-depth knowledge of various legislative prescripts such as PFMA/ MFMA and SCM regulationsExperience in private sector will be an advantageSound knowledge of the local marketStrong technical skills in internal auditCaseware knowledge/ experienceTeamMate knowledge/ experiencePastel knowledge/ experienceMicrosoft Office experienceValid South African driver's licenseOwn transport About Michelle Tuck cc t/a Staff Solutions Staff Solutions is a bespoke recruitment agency founded in 2004,with a national footprint.
