PURPOSETo grow business, service customers and grow brand.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIESMatriculation, Sales training / marketing certificate / diploma.Minimum 3 years sales experience in selling a complete solution which includes Site Management (namely pest control, daily cleaning, deep cleaning, soap dispensers, she bins, air dryers, sanitizers, etc.).Positive attitude, high energy, and intrinsically motivated.Great team player.Good personal, interpersonal, and communication skills.Honest.Presentable and always confident.Valid and legitimate driver's license.Knowledge of area is an advantage.Excellent time management.Computer literate.Self-starter and customer focused.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONSCall on existing, new, and opposition customers.Formulate, call, and plan cycle as well as daily call reports.Manage own time.Meet targets and monthly deadlines.Grow Sanitech brand.Build and maintain relations in order that Sanitech becomes the preferred supplier.Prepare quotes with accurate costing and follow-up.Call on building sites.Formulate a project pipeline and keep it updated.Handle complaints and queries.Work closely with other departments (Operations and accounts).Must be able to communicate with staff and customers at all levels.Network with other companies within the Waco Group.Assist with general branch duties from time to time.
