Insurance Telesales

Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell a range of insurance products.Identify clients needs and provide tailored insurance solutions that meet their individual requirements.Maintain and develop positive business relationships to foster client loyalty and retention.Continuously update knowledge on insurance products and industry regulations.Attend training sessions and workshops to stay current on insurance products, regulatory changes, and market trends.Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and terms to clients in a clear and concise manner.Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.Provide regular reports and feedback on sales activities, customer responses, and potential market trends to the Sales Team Lead.Handle customer queries, complaints, and concerns professionally and efficiently.Follow up on client leads, referrals, and requests promptly to maximize conversion potential.
Requirements:
Minimum NQF Level 4 qualification (related field preferred).RE5Class of BusinessMinimum 3 years of experience in telesales or a customer-facing role in the insurance sector.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
