Job Description Market business unit with profit motive within the VKB Group through marketing of product groups (seed, fertilizer, animal feeds, animal health, fencing, fuel, and packing material).
Requirements Grade 12/NQF4Tertiary qualification and AVCASA will be advantageousAt least 5 years' experience in a similar positionDemonstrated record of success as a marketerDuties and Responsibilities Effectively market relevant inputs within the VKB area.Responsible for the growth of the business unit above inflation targets.Financing of chemicals.Attend farmer days to grow network and client base.Regular visits to farmers to build and maintain relationships.Timeous resolution of customer complaints.Continuous communication with internal and external clients to ensure effective completion of orders and administrative work.Skills Required Conflict management.Negotiation skills.Quick decision making.Innovative and organized.Able to work independently.
