Industrial Engineer

Our well-established client is currently seeking an Industrial Engineer to join their team to conduct and manage manufacturing improvement activities and resources in line with company targets.
Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalentDiploma in Industrial EngineeringProject Management (advantageous)2-5 years' experience Technical Skills and Specialist Knowledge: Use of Measuring EquipmentStrong communication skillsLeadership skills to deliver projects, processes, and manufacturing improvements in a lean manufacturing environmentAnalytical thinkerProblem-solving skillsTeamworkProficiency in MS Office Objectives: Eliminate waste and implement manufacturing improvements in line with delegated projectsDrive the business manufacturing excellence strategy by deploying lean principles according to agreed projectsIdentify, evaluate and implement improvement ideas that result in tangible improvements in productivity and waste elimination, aligning with the 4-pillar strategyEffectively manage and deploy resources in line with delegated areas and projectsReview Performance Quality (PQs) monthly
