Role Description: This is a full-time hybrid role as an Inbound Groups and Incentives Consultant at SW Africa Destination Management. The role involves managing inbound groups and incentive travel, coordinating logistics, developing customized travel packages, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. While the main location is in Cape Town, some remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications: Experience in inbound groups and incentive travel coordinationStrong organizational and logistical skillsKnowledge of Southern and Eastern Africa travel destinationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and travel booking platformsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesPrevious experience in the travel industry is a plus
