We want to see a committed and approachable individual and be impressed with your character and skills.The goal will be to provide excellent support and assistance to employees and managers across all functional areas of the business.ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systemsProvide counselling on HR policies and proceduresBe actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, Create and implement effective onboarding plansAssist in the performance management processesSupporting and guiding the management on disciplinary and grievance issuesMaintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirementsReview employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliancePreparing and submitting EE reports Requirements and skillsWe are a 24/7 7 day a week business. You must be able to work shifts in order to support the operations while they are liveProven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR positionBPO experience is a plusContact centre Experience or experience in having up to 250 employees to supportKnowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary proceduresTrack record of preparing and running any CCMA casesProficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plusOutstanding organisational and time-management abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving and decision-making aptitudeStrong ethics and reliabilityBSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plusHR Credentials (e.g. PHR from the HR Certification Institute)#J-18808-Ljbffr
