ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systemsProvide counselling on HR policies and proceduresBe actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptionsCreate and implement effective onboarding plansAssist in the performance management processesSupport and guide the management on disciplinary and grievance issuesMaintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirementsReview employment and working conditions to ensure legal complianceRequirements And SkillsWe are a 24/7 business. You must be able to work shifts in order to support the operations while they are liveProven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR positionBPO experience is a plusContact centre experience or experience in having up to 250 employees to supportKnowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary proceduresTrack record of preparing and running any CCMA casesProficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plusOutstanding organisational and time-management abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving and decision-making aptitudeStrong ethics and reliabilityBSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plusHR Credentials (e.g. PHR from the HR Certification Institute)Job OverviewIf you are passionate about HR and highly efficient, give us a chance to meet you.
