Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
