Position: Human Resources ManagerA well established financial services firm would like to welcome to their team a skilled Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's human resources practices and processes.Main Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Implementing and administering HR policies and programs.Managing recruitment and selection process.Employee onboarding.Payroll processing.Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.Nurture a positive working environment.Arranging team events.Oversee and manage the performance appraisal process.Maintain pay plan and benefits program.Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.Managing employee relations.Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances or other issues.Supporting team infrastructure, including certain key suppliers (e.g., landlord, IT contracting).Other tasks to support management in terms of optimization of human resources.Minimum Requirements:Excellent knowledge of labour laws and regulations in South Africa.Knowledge of HR systems and databases.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with employees, management, and external partners.Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and administering HR programs, policies, and procedures.Able to conduct organizational assessments, identify issues and opportunities for improvement, and develop action plans to address them.Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior human resources management role.
