Job DescriptionThe Human Resources Director will be responsible for the following:

Compensation and Reward ManagementTalent Acquisition and RetentionHuman Resources DevelopmentBenefits AdministrationEmployee RelationsOrganisational DevelopmentPolicy development and PlanningTransformationEmployment Equity and Diversity ManagementThe Successful ApplicantThe successful Human Resources Director should have the following:
Strong Human Resources experience at a senior management level of at least 7 yearsStrong Human Resources experience at a director or executive level of at least 5 yearsRelevant Human Resources qualification such as HR Management, Industrial Psychology or any other post graduate degree relevantA postgraduate leadership or business management related qualification would be highly beneficialMust be results driven and able to manage and lead a large teamMust have been at the capacity of overseeing and managing a minimum of 6,500 employees(non negotiable)Must come from a JSE listed business(non negotiable)Must have direct Retail, Business retail, FMCG retail or Banking retail experience(non negotiable)Must have experience at a board levelThis is an equity position so only open to Black, Coloured and Indian candidatesMust be South AfricanMust be happy to be based in Cape TownWhat's on OfferAttractive salary with share options and incentives
