Tasks
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives.
Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Handle employee queries and provide assistance with HR policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee data in HR systems.

Requirements
Requirements:

Grade 12/Matric certificate; an HR qualification is an advantage.
Previous experience in an HR or administrative role.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
