Overview:Hire Resolve's client is seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Administrator to join their team in the mining industry in Gauteng. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all HR-related tasks, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing employee relations, and supporting recruitment and training activities.Responsibilities:Administer HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and industry regulationsManage employee onboarding and offboarding processesMaintain employee records and databasesHandle employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and proceduresAssist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checksCoordinate and conduct employee training sessionsAssist in developing and implementing HR programs and initiativesHandle employee relations issues and provide support to managers in addressing disciplinary mattersEnsure accuracy and timeliness of payroll processingParticipate in HR-related projects and initiatives as neededSupport the HR Business Partner in extracting, compiling, distributing, and record-keeping relating to daily, weekly, and monthly payroll and ad hoc HR reportsConsolidate and compile various information required for reporting purposesConduct internal audits on various HR processesRequirements:Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role in the mining industryKnowledge of South African labor laws and regulationsProficiency in HRIS and MS OfficeStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectivelyBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fieldTwo to four years of relevant HR administration experienceHR certification (SHRM-CP, HRCI-SPHR) is a plusValid driver's license
