The candidate: We are looking for an energetic, self-driven and detail-oriented HR Administrator to start on 1 October 2024 (negotiable). The successful candidate will support the school and HR Manager with all administrative activities.
Qualifications / Experience:
HR / Industrial Psychology Diploma or Degree or related qualification is required.
At least 1 year's recent experience in an HR administrative role is recommended.
A working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Google Suite is essential.
Excellent command of written and spoken English is required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability to effectively coordinate and complete all administrative duties, including:
training records
WSP / ATR
EE reports
recruitment
induction
training
contracts
letters
diary management
research
record keeping
data management
filing, scanning, copying, and related functions.
Attending to face-to-face telephonic, email and other enquiries.
Competencies:
Capable of following instructions and completing tasks within the time required.
Excellent planning, organisation and execution ability.
Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a busy, changing environment.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
