Human Resource Business Partner

Job Description: Human Resource Business Partner (BPO) Job Responsibilities: Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance and support Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business plan Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees Handle employee relations issues and provide coaching to managers Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws Lead performance management processes including goal setting, feedback, and development planning Conduct training sessions for employees on HR topics BPO environment Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role Excellent knowledge of HR functions and best practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills Desired Experience: Maximum of 3 years of relevant HR experience
