Develop and execute a resource plan to meet the needs within area of responsibility.Ensure recruitment of required resources on-time within area of responsibility.Implement effective talent and succession management within area of responsibility.Enable and support line managers with effective discipline and employee relations processes to implement and manage performance management processes within area of responsibility.Ensure HC reporting is effective and accurate within area of responsibility.Ensure sound employee relations through engagement with line management, employees and shop stewards.Support the HR Manager SA in implementing change initiatives in collaboration with line management to address business problems.Observe and ensure compliance with Safety, Health and Environment standards.
