The company is well supported by strong shareholders and a board of directors with vast experience in entrepreneurship and lending.  Role Purpose The HRIS Specialist is responsible for managing and optimising all HR systems and ensuring the alignment to HR processes.
This role combines technical expertise with HR knowledge to streamline HR operations, enhance data accuracy, and ensure systems adoption across the business.  The specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of HR data, implementing process improvements, reporting and providing training and support to HR teams and other users of HR systems.
