Requirements:  A relevant HR degreeMinimum of 6 years' experience in as a HR Generalist that includes Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition (all levels) and Adhoc functionsMultinational exposure preferredResponsibilities:  Understand the business needs and ensure that the HR Strategy responds to the Business/Business Unit strategy.Monitoring organizational climate, staff attitudes and morale and informing and advising line management in this regard, with particular focus being on the annual Engagement survey.Develop and maintain appropriate employee communication.Implement recruitment strategies that are linked to the BU strategies.Monitor the turnaround time of recruitment and on-boarding.Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g.
social platforms and professional networks)Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviewsLead employer branding initiatives
