A well known Automotive client in East London is seeking a dynamic HR Practitioner to join their team.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR legislation, policies, and procedures, along with a background in the automotive industry.
Familiarity with MIBCO regulations is highly advantageous.Key Responsibilities:Implement and manage HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant legislation.Provide support in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.Assist in the development and execution of training programs.Handle performance management and employee engagement initiatives.Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed.Stay updated on changes in labor laws and industry regulations.Collaborate with management to address HR-related issues and concerns.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2-3 years of experience as an HR generalist, preferably in the automotive sector.Strong knowledge of HR legislation and best practices.Experience with MIBCO regulations is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.Skills:Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Please forward CV and ALL supporting documentation to, ****** you not hear from Profile Personnel within 14 days please consider your application unsuccessful for the vacancy.
