Minimum requirements:B Com/ National Diploma/ Similar tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or similar related fieldAt least 3 years experience in a similar role within a Mining/ Plant/ Manufacturing/ Construction environmentSolid experience generating Remuneration, HR, Labour, WSP, ATR and Mining Charter reportsExceptional communication and relationship-building abilities given the need to engage with multiple stakeholders and communitiesExperience managing and mentoring staffAbility to represent the company at the CCMA and strong knowledge of the Mining Charter, Social and Labour Plans etc.Valid Drivers license Keen to hear more?
