Job DescriptionDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Receives and checks employee packs to ensure the relevant documents are completed.Collaborates with the payroll department, prepares and captures documents, and ensures that the correct documents have been submitted before the cut-off date.Acts as a point of contact for store employees, addressing inquiries and providing information about HR policies and procedures.Responsible for general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining HR documentation.Recruitment of operational level employees including bulk recruitment. Sources potential candidates through various platforms and online channels. Shortlists, interviews, and compiles accurate recruitment interview documents, background verification information, and induction process.Responds to requests, queries, and complaints as and when required. Escalates to relevant personnel when unresolved.Maintains and signs off on employee files.Orders and issues uniforms to new employees and signs off.Assists with disciplinary inquiries, Department of Labour & CCMA cases.Assists to implement and improve systems and procedures related to the HR department.Reviews HR policies and improves/adjusts where required.Ensures HR policies are implemented and maintained by all parties.Assists in the IR function.Assists in training and development.Requirements:Diploma in Human Resources.MS Office Suite experience.Minimum 2 - 3 years experience required.Must reside in Venda.Attention to detail.Excellent communication, management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Must be fluent in Venda and Tonga.Apply
