HR Administrator Location: Jewish Secondary School - East LondonHours: 40 hours a week - Must be flexibleStart date: ASAP - Long term contractPay rate: £15 per hourOverview: Love Success is currently recruiting for a HR Administrator with a DBS on the update service to work in a popular Jewish secondary faith school in East London on a full-time temporary basis. You will be working in a supportive and experienced team. This role is to start ASAP on a full-time basis.
Duties can include: Support the HR and Business Manager with general HR dutiesLooking after the school recruitment processCreating and posting adverts for school vacanciesInterview administrationArranging sickness coverWorking with the Head of HR/Personal Assistant to administer DBS records for all staff and volunteers, reminding staff that checks are due, carrying out Update Service checks as appropriate, checking and verifying supporting documents, and maintaining the Single Central Record.Providing support to the Senior Leadership Team relating to HR tasksCreating letters and documents for staff and parents relating to HR mattersThe ideal applicant will have: Experience of working in a school (Essential)Experience working within HR in a schoolExperience utilizing SIMS (School Information Management System) within an administrative roleGreat attention to detailEnjoys working in a fast-paced environmentFor more information, please call Leonie at Love Success or click apply on this advert.
