Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in HR, or related field (Honours degree advantageous).Proven experience in an HR generalist role, with a strong focus on employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple HR functions and initiatives.Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in HR management.Must be able to work 9 am to 5 pm EST time in a fully remote role.
Performance Management:
Oversee the performance management process, ensuring it is fair, transparent, and aligned with company goals.Provide guidance and support to managers in setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.Develop strategies to recognize and reward high-performing employees.Develop career-path plans and identify training and development opportunities.Translate all outcomes into PDPs and drive continuous learning.
Compensation and Group Benefits:
Analyze and review the company's compensation and group benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with organizational goals.Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction with compensation and benefits.Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits.Continuously review group benefits offerings and drive improvements in terms of enhanced benefits and cost savings.
Training and Development:
Collaborate with Leadership and Divisions to identify training needs and create development programs.Implement learning and development initiatives that support employee growth and career progression.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
Organizational Effectiveness:
Analyze organizational structures and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.Partner with departmental leaders to ensure effective change management practices are in place.
Company Culture:
Collaborate with leadership to define and promote the desired company culture.Design and execute programs and initiatives that reinforce company culture and core values.Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring that cultural initiatives are integrated into all HR processes and practices.
Employee Engagement:
Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gauge engagement levels and identify areas for improvement.Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the company's values and mission.
