Hr Generalist 12 Months

Our client is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to manage HR functions employee relations and training development.
This role is crucial for fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring effective communication between staff and management while upholding HR policies and legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Develop recruitment strategies conduct interviews manage the full recruitment process and ensure smooth onboarding.

Employee Relations: Address employee concerns manage disciplinary actions facilitate development programs and represent the company in external dispute resolutions.
Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation systems set KPIs conduct reviews and develop improvement plans.
Policy Development: Update HR policies guide management on HR issues and ensure legal compliance.
Learning & Development: Oversee maintenance and reliability initiatives manage budgets and supervise maintenance personnel.

RequirementsDegree in Human Resources or related field.
58 years of HR experience
Experience with SAGE Payroll or Business Cloud Payroll Professional.
Strong communication problemsolving and organizational skills.
