GautengSalary: R12500 p/m (Negotiable)Start date: ImmediatelyPurpose of the position: To assist the HR Manager with administrative tasksDuties:Performing administrative duties, such as maintaining employee databases and sorting emails for the HR departmentMaintaining proper records of employee attendance and leave to assist with payroll dutiesScheduling job interviewsCoordinating orientation and training sessions for new employeesServing as a point of contact, providing smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queriesManaging and coordinating schedules for the HR department, including meetings and eventsScanning, Filing, Data Capturing Skills, qualifications and experienceComputer literacy and experience working with Microsoft Offices.Basic knowledge of HRRelevant qualificationExcellent communication skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. .
