Job Summary:The HR Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of HR processes. They play a vital role in maintaining employee records, managing benefits programs, and assisting with HR-related tasks.Minimum Requirements:Grade 12Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management1 - 2 years relevant experienceERS Biometrics ExperienceDecision makingProblem solvingPosition ResponsibilitiesBiometrics – loading of new employee's (ASO + TES)Ensuring pay slips are sent out in a timely manner.Ensuring IRP5's are sent out to all employees accordingly.Managing and maintaining the ORG ChartsOnboarding of new employees – Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation and trainingEmployee Starter Packs – to be completed as per checklistInduction packs – to be given to all new employeesEnsuring the employee of the month hampers are sent out timeouslyFTC requisitions to be completed and signed off by relevant HOD and sent to HOKeep track of foreigners' spreadsheetTerminations – assist with offboarding process, including document managementAssisting with WSP submissionsChecking of invoicesCapturing of overtime on excelFilingAssisting with any other Adhoc dutiesLeadership StandardsRewards value not timeProfessional value and personal commitmentBuild and sustain partnershipsProviding necessary feedbackSkills and AttributesDiplomacyInitiativeTolerance of stressCreativityProactivityAble to interact at middle management levelAble to plan aheadManage timeAble to prioritizeCustodian of company vision/mission/culture
