Position title : HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR – E-LEARNINGPosition reports to : LEAD: L& D AND SUPPORTBusiness Unit : HUMAN RESOURCESMain purpose / objective of the position:As an e-learning content writer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective eLearning content tailored for on-the-job training purposes. Your primary focus will be on developing high-quality material that facilitate learning and skills development.Role Objectives \ Responsibilities:Content creationDevelop eLearning content, including interactive modules, assessments, and other multimedia material aligned with specific learning objectives and requirements. Integrate multimedia elements such as graphics, animations, audio, visual appeal, etc.Curriculum developmentCollaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop eLearning courses that meet the needs of the target audience and address key learning outcomes.Research and analysisConduct research and analysis to gather relevant information, resources, and best practices to inform the development of instructional content and ensure accuracy and relevance.Writing and editingWrite clear, and engaging instructional design principles, and adult learning theory to enhance learner engagement.Quality assuranceReview and edit eLearning content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality standards. Gather feedback from stakeholders, learners and subject matter experts and incorporate revisions and improvements into eLearning content.TechnologyUse eLearning authoring tools and learning management systems to develop, publish, and manage eLearning content.Experience / Education:Minimum of Grade 12Bachelors degree or similar, preferably in Education, instructional designProven experience in eLearning content development (2-3 years)Experience with learning management systems and web delivery tools.Skills Required:Computer literacy : MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint (Advanced).Strong writing and editing skills.Proficiency in instructional design principles and eLearning authoring tools (Articulate storyline, etc).Knowledge Required:Knowledge of Learning management Systems.Adult learning principlesCompetencies Required:Accuracy.
