Housekeeping Manager - Franschhoek

Luxury 5* Property close to Franschhoek is looking for a Housekeeping Manager.
Provide direction, oversight and guidance to the Housekeeping and Laundry teams
Implement daily team services and operational objectives
Daily hand overs and briefings with Housekeeping and Laundry teams
Ensure hotel public areas are maintained and look impeccable
Daily maintenance reporting and following up
Rostering and leave planning
Requirments:
Degree or Diploma in Hospitality
Valid drivers license would be advantageous
High level of physical endurance
Must be able to work shifts
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position within a 5* Luxury Property
Impeccable communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to lead a team
Strong training skills and experience
Effective rostering abilities
Controlling of expenses and inventories
Must be computer literate
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Sustainable quality and attention to detail
