Kendrick Recruitment is Currently Seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospitality Manager for a 5-star luxury game lodge in Limpopo. Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Guest Delight Division, ensuring every guest has a tailor-made, unforgettable experience.
Oversee daily operations of the dining room, bar, and bush events.
Lead a dedicated team, inspiring them to exceed guest expectations.
Ensure proper beverage stock control and administration.
Collaborate closely with other departments to elevate the overall guest experience.

Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hospitality management within a 5-star or Big 5 reserve environment.
Strong leadership skills with a passion for hospitality, food, and wine.
Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
A proactive problem-solver who enjoys staff development.

Package:

Monthly Salary
Live-in position with meals included.
Pension fund, staff lodge nights, and a work cycle of 21 days on, 7 days off.
