Hospitality Manager

Candidate Requirements: Diploma in Hospitality Management or Lodge Management At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in a similar role Must have good beverage knowledge Must have strong administrative skills Experience in purchasing, stock control and stock-taking advantageous Valid Code 8 Driver's License Must be computer literate, PAN knowledge would be beneficial Must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English Must have strong leadership and mentoring skills Must have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, confident and have good problem-solving skills Must have a great passion for the Hospitality industry and guest experiences Must have good attention to detail and be able to work under pressure Must have good organisation and planning skills This is a live-in position with meals on duty work cycle is 21 days on, 7 days off
