ABOUT THE ROLE HyperionDev seeks a results-driven and customer-focused Head Studio & Traffic to ensure effective workflows and on-time outputs to high standards for all design elements, including copy, visual designs, and ad-hoc produced creative for our website, emails, social media, advertising, and printed materials.

This role supports the Product Marketing team in engaging, educating, and attracting potential HyperionDev students, turning them into successful graduates and telling their stories.

The Head of Studio & Traffic will be responsible for briefing and delivering internal and partner marketing assets for all digital marketing channels, managing team capacity and the pipeline of work in an organised manner to set a consistent cadence. Ultimately, He/She drives the marketing department's operational efficiency and effectiveness.

This role requires a deadline-driven approach, high motivation levels, and the ability to handle a rapid pace of work and change. The right candidate will thrive in a highly innovative, dynamic, and collaborative environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES Improve operational efficiency in the Product & Performance Marketing teams by installing SOPs & processes, tools, and checklists to create effective workflows. Direct and manage the capacity of the creative team to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard. Measure and report on team productivity & performance, reviewing creative and messaging for all channels. Maintain fast-paced delivery of all creative assets for partner marketing programmes. Act as the central point of briefing from external partners, management team, and cross-functional teams. Manage traffic related to campaign collateral for performance marketing. Work with designers and copywriters to adhere to copy and creative guidelines. Drive consistency in execution and production, implementing quality assurance. Maintain and reimagine critical product marketing processes, documenting any changes. Support ongoing optimisation of our website, paid media, and social media. REQUIREMENTS Minimum 4+ years of work experience as a traffic manager in a digital environment. 2+ years of experience in setting the creative direction for a large brand. A qualification in digital marketing, creative writing, journalism, or a related field. Perfect written and verbal communication skills. Experience using project management software to improve team output. Practical experience with briefing content to a creative studio. Strong knowledge of digital marketing and its key success metrics. Working knowledge of Google Analytics and email marketing platforms. A track record of exceeding targets and strong Marketing career ambition. A highly organised individual who can function in a high-paced work environment. Preferred 6+ years of traffic management experience in a high-profile marketing or advertising agency. A portfolio demonstrating excellent copywriting and design skills. Experience implementing project management software for workload improvements. Technical abilities around social media scheduling tools and analytics.
