Candidate Requirements:A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is requiredMust have proven experience as a Head of Sales or similar leadership role in the travel and hospitality industryShould have strong knowledge of the African luxury travel marketMust have excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Should have the ability to work independently and lead a remote teamMust be a strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindsetMust have the willingness and ability to travel frequently across Africa and internationallyKey Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with travel industry partners, tour operators, and corporate clientsLead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targetsIdentify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand market reachOversee the sales pipeline, reporting, and forecasting to ensure sustainable growthWork closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with brand campaigns and initiativesAttend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events internationally Travel extensively to build and maintain client relationships and partnershipsMonitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordinglyThis is a live out position, extensive travel is required internationally Salary: R45kpm-R60kpm (DOE)
