Head of Sales Our client is looking for a Head of Sales to lead the development and implementation of sales strategies, methods, and processes. This role involves driving customer acquisition and retention efforts in specified territories to increase market share. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful product distribution and sales order fulfillment.
Responsibilities: Conduct market intelligence analysis to inform sales strategy. Develop customer management plans. Manage business unit sales strategies to improve customer reach. Implement frameworks for product commercialization. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with Clients. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to fulfil customer orders. Provide expert guidance to the Sales function. Drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Monitor sales performance and prepare reports. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Identify and pursue strategic sales partnerships. Develop sales forecasts based on market trends. Evaluate customer service operations and drive continuous improvement.
