Head Of Risk Operations

3 to 6 years of relevant risk experience Candidates with experience in commodities (preferred), swaps, or banking, specifically within risk management. Ability to manage a team of 23 individuals. Previous managerial experience is a plus. The position requires a relevant bachelors degree . Preferred fields of study typically include finance, economics, business administration, or a related discipline that supports risk management and operations. Competencies: Strong leadership and emotional intelligence. Excellent multitasking and time management. Effective communication skills. Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities. Proactive and customer-focused. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel to Europe once or twice a year
