Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in information & technology or a related field preferred. - Leadership development, PMP, ITIL, Cobit, and TOGAF certifications are advantageous. - 10+ years of experience in I&T leadership, managing complex technical projects in an enterprise environment. - Deep understanding of business value and customer service trade-offs. - Experience with ITSM, ITIL, and Cobit principles, applying them in real-world environments. - Ability to work outside standard hours, including weekends. - Capable of modifying SOPs when necessary and developing alternative solutions for problem-solving. - Experience in documenting policies and chairing management-level boards. - In-depth knowledge of cyber risks and managing a cybersecurity function.
