You are responsible for overseeing financial controlling across all LH InTouch locations, ensuring consistency in controlling practices & reporting.
It includes strategic & operational planning, reporting, cash management, pricing analysis & development of unit cost & revenue controlling models.
Oversee annual budget, in-year forecasts & rolling planningEnsure accurate & timely monthly, quarterly, annual financial reports for all LH InTouch operations.

from home) Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Controlling, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role with team leadership responsibilities.Language Skills: English (fluent, written & spoken), German (beneficial)Proven track record of effectively leading teams to meet objectives within set timelines.Strong quantitative skills with meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Independent and highly motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility.Technical Skills: Proficiency in key controlling software and tools.Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Experience in SAP or other leading ERP systems is preferred.Familiarity with Power BI is an asset.
