Job Overview As the Business Development Head, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue generation through effective lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
This may involve direct sales efforts, as well as overseeing sales pipelines and conversion rates.
You will actively seek out and pursue new business opportunities, whether through market research, networking, or direct outreach to potential clients or customers.
In this position the suitable candidate would be expected to be highly aware of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences through market research and analysis which you would use to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
The role has the following responsibilities: Developing and Implementing Growth Strategies : Developing strategic plans to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
Building Strategic Partnerships : Establishing and nurturing relationships with key partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to create opportunities for collaboration and growth.
Identifying New Business Opportunities : Actively seek out and pursue new business opportunities.
Strategic Planning and Forecasting : Developing and executing strategic plans for business growth, including setting sales targets, forecasting revenue projections, and monitoring progress against goals.
Negotiating Contracts and Agreements : Negotiating contracts, agreements, and partnerships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
Managing Client Relationships : Cultivating and maintaining relationships with key clients and customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Requirements Significant experience in business development and sales in BPO Strong knowledge and understanding of the BPO industry Good Network with US Network UK network woul be fine as well.
