Key insights to the portfolio.
The portfolio consists of 3 main areas, Transfusion, Blood and Haematology.
Within Transfusion, we have a few drugs but these are not really marketed and therefore there is lots of opportunity for new products and growth.
On the Blood side, we sell the macopress that splits the blood collected from the donor into Redblood cells, Platelets and Plasma.
We sell blood collection bags, we sell pre-storage filters, Anticoagulant.
We sell Platelet additive solution, blood scales.
Within the Haematology portfolio, we sell Feba.
Looking for an individual that can help us grow the portfolio in areas of Albumen, platelet filtration, bedside filtration in hospitals, plasma collection machines, consumables etc.
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor of Science (preferably in Nursing) or equivalent qualificationCandidate must have both a Clinical and Commercial backgroundMarketing or Brand management experience in the Blood Business Unit EssentialKnowledge of or working with SANBS an advantageKnowledge of Project management an advantageOverview of duties (not limit to) Drive top-line growth and increase market share by developing and implementing effective Category, Product Portfolio, and Brand strategies.Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.Develop and manage effective execution of campaigns and projects.Including the planning and execution of successful product launches and promotions.Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities and target audiences.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.Monitor and optimise marketing performance through data analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).Enhance customer engagement and loyalty through innovative and personalised marketing initiatives.Manage marketing budgets and resources efficiently to achieve maximum ROI.Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.Foster strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders to drive successful partnerships.Ensure successful project execution, customer satisfaction, and achievement of Value share targets through strategic channel management.Identify acquisition opportunities and collaborate with the executive team for implementation if approved.Foster good working relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key specialists and prioritise Key Opinion Leader (KOL) developmentClosing date: 14 July 2024
