IntroductionAn opportunity has become available for a Head of Learning and Development. The incumbent will manage the Learning & Development (Technical II) section to ensure development and implementation of all technical training programmes for the core divisions within SANBS and implements best practices, methods and technologies to achieve the learning & development objectives.

Diploma or degree in Biomedical Technology or equivalent.Registration with the HPCSA as a Medical Technologist (Blood Transfusion)2 years blood transfusion experience.2 years' experience in a learning & development, education & training function, training laboratory or similar function.Other (knowledge and skills):Knowledge of all pertinent skills development legislation.MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) at intermediary level.
