Part of your role will be to contribute to the planning of food menu offerings, including costings, estimate food consumption and requisition or purchase food, ensure kitchen stations are prepped, stocked, and run efficiently during service, and monitor and maintain the guest experience by ensuring that every one of our guests receives personalised attention and experiences every time.With at least 5 years' experience in a similar role in a busy, up-market establishment, you have a proven track record of leadership and the use of kitchen technology.You demonstrate flexibility and a neat, professional appearance at all times.
